Prompted journaling is a really great way to uncover deeply hidden truths in your subconscious mind. This information can lead us to those tender places that need our attention, and healing. Keep in mind that journaling doesn't always look like tidy lines of well thought out verse. It can often look like random thoughts, automatic writing, or even doodles. this is your practice. Do what feels right. The important thing is that you bring your attention to what comes up for you, and to record it in some way.
